Overview

With 40 years of experience in injection molding and vacuum forming we far surpass the knowledge needed to mold some of the most complicated parts.  Secondary inserts, bonding, and trim processes are also available to produce a finished product.

Injection Molding

All types of injection molded plastics at all temperatures with part sizes up to 36".  We also have capabilities of injection molding polyurethane of various colors and viscosity.

Vacuum Forming

Forming sheet plastic of various types and alloys using heat and vacuum.  Part sizes up to 48"x96" are possible.  We specialize is complex and deep draw forming.
